The Windows Mobility Center, which you show in the screenshot in your question, is only available for laptops. Some laptops require that you use the Fn key in combination with particular F keys to access the hardware features, others do not. Thank you for any information in regards to these things and if you need any more details, do let me know. On laptops, brightness is usually controlled by the function keys (F keys). Perhaps they made it stop working with Windows 7 OS's? I am using a Windows 7 Professional 圆4 OS, if that makes any difference to the Control Panel's functionality. It has only 3 or so built-in settings which does not really change much and is pretty much useless. The TV itself does not have any options for brightness from what I can find. Thats the last version with working brightness with Optimus enabled. Update 2: No it isnt, its an NVIDIA issue. Disabling Optimus has fixed the brightness issue. It was slow, granted, but not unbearable. Update: This seems to be an issue with Windows 11 22H2 and the AMD Radeon Graphics driver. In the Nvidia Control Panel, the brightness level used to work until I had updated the graphics card drivers in which it does nothing when adjusting the brightness slider and clicking apply. was able to scan in a color photo using Ofoto and work on a letter in Microsoft Word.
